Refund Policy

Our 2-Week refunds on everything but Originals

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return for a full refund.


How to Initiate a Return
* Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at SandyTreasures.Inc@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. In your email, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
* Return Authorization: We'll review your request and, if approved, send you a return authorization along with a pre-paid shipping label. Please do not send items back without a return authorization, as it may delay your refund.
* Package Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, or in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
* Ship It Back: Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Condition of Returned Items
For a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (if applicable).


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
