No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

Because each original artwork is unique and cannot be replicated, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on these purchases. This policy allows us to continue focusing on creating unique pieces without the complexities of managing returns for one-of-a-kind items.

Exceptions (Damage During Shipping)

The only exception to our "final sale" policy is if your artwork arrives significantly damaged due to transit. In such a rare event, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at SandyTreasures.Inc@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged packaging and artwork. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
